Job Summary

The Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and execution with cloud hyper-scalers (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure). You will work closely with the 3 cloud providers to understand the growth levers, priorities to build programmatic engines for execution jointly across Neo4J and Cloud partner. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders in partner sales, product marketing, corp marketing, regional field marketing and the cloud hyper-scalers to orchestrate and execute on partner marketing activities leading to joint sales opportunities with cloud hyper-scalers.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Executive level
  • Experience Length: 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build Go-To-Market strategy with AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP 
  • Create better together joint value propositions with each cloud provider and enable sellers and marketers across Neo4J and Cloud providers 
  • Act as the primary Neo4J representative in business development and marketing strategy across 3 cloud providers  
  • Orchestrate execution of Go-To-Market strategy with sales and marketing within Neo4J and cloud partners.
  • Act as a liaison between product management and cloud partners on future integrated roadmaps


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of partner marketing experience within a Saas organization
  • Bachelor’s degree within a marketing or technical field 
  • Experience in collaborating with sales and partner teams to prioritize partner marketing efforts
  • Deep knowledge of customer journeys, campaign strategies, and the role of partner co-marketing and demand generation in advancing customer journeys
  • Understand how to leverage various channels to generate a groundswell of positive awareness and perception
  • A successful track record of launching successful partner campaigns
  • Experience within a hyper growth technology company
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to drive an impact in a high-growth, transformative environment
