The marketing team at VEED is responsible for helping VEED attract, engage and retain high value customers through a range of activities including SEO, performance marketing, social, influencer marketing and CRM. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Growth Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing innovative campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. Your goal will be to maximize user acquisition, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams, and report to the VP of Marketing.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall growth marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing and growth professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and optimize campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive user acquisition through effective management of performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn, leveraging techniques such as customer segmentation, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize user experience, iterate on product features, and drive user engagement.
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to generate actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and a passion for experimenting with innovative marketing approaches.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and concepts to various stakeholders.
