Job Description/Requirements

Company Description Publicis West Africa (PWA) is an important regional hub. The main languages that the agency works in are English, French & Portuguese. There are several local dialects (as well) across the markets we work in. However, it’s key to note that interactions, both spoken and via email, within the Publicis network agencies is in English. This role requires the individual to manage financial functions of the agency in Ghana. They should maintain a far sightedness in order to ensure that the funds are utilized in the most efficient manner. Their actions directly affect the profitability, growth and goodwill of the agency. Job Description Plan and manage all digital marketing, including marketing database, Search, Influencers, social, display & video campaignsLead presentations of integrated communication plans, digital strategy and execution plans to clients and stakeholders.Create engaging content such as social media/blog posts and video contentManage and grow online communities on web and social mediaMeasure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaignsIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesCollaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to create digital solutions such as landing pages, AR Filters, Bots and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsProvide thought leadership and perspective on marketing, tech and communications. Qualifications Requirements: 3 to 5years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar roleWorking knowledge of marketing principles, media, tech, consumer trends and behavior.Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with social media, Google Ads, email campaigns and SEO/SEMKnowledge of web analytics tools Google Analytics, Data Studio etc.)Skills and experience in creative content writingAnalytical mindset and critical thinkingGood Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBSc/BA in marketing or relevant field Additional Information Publics Groupe is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and prohibits any forms of Discrimination or Harassment.
