Digital & On-ground Marketer --(crypto)

Summary

The role requires a creative, community-driven marketer with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of blockchain, stable coins, and crypto products. You will support community growth, deliver user education, lead activations, and enhance overall customer experience across digital and offline channels.

Duties

Serve as a primary touchpoint for customer inquiries and issue resolution.

Build and manage online communities across Telegram, X, Discord, and similar platforms.

Create engaging educational content including videos, live sessions, and podcasts.

Execute digital and community campaigns to drive product adoption and awareness.

Partner with marketing to develop content tailored for digital audiences.

Track user feedback and community insights to enhance the customer journey.

Represent at virtual and in-person events.

Oversee social media platforms with market updates and product-focused content.

Lead offline activations to onboard new users and explain crypto use cases.

Support product development and risk controls with user insights.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

2–3 years’ experience in marketing, customer service, or community management (crypto/fintech preferred).

Strong knowledge of blockchain, stable coins, and digital wallets.

Skilled in multimedia content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience managing social media and digital communities.

Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.

Ability to run campaigns and maintain a social content calendar.

Experience hosting or coordinating offline community engagements.

Passionate about crypto education and financial inclusion.

Empathetic, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Confident communicator and creative storyteller.

Comfortable on camera and in public-facing engagements.

Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
