Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, and developing and executing digital marketing strategies. The role also involves analyzing web analytics to measure and improve marketing performance, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Job Description/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Skills in Web Analytics.
- Graphic Design is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the entrepreneurship or educational sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work on-site as required.
- Must be available to attend occasional team meetings and training sessions.
Remuneration:
- Allowance: Monthly allowance of Ghc 1,600.
- Commission: Attractive commission structure, with earnings based on performance.
