Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Website Development & Management
● Plan, design, and create a user-friendly and visually appealing website that aligns with the company's brand identity.
● Ensure the website is optimized for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and fast loading times.
● Monitor website performance, conduct regular updates, and make improvements based on analytics and feedback.
Content Creation & Strategy
● Develop a content strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
● Write, edit, and publish high-quality content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and product descriptions.
● Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices in all content.
Photography &Videography:
● Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photos and videos for website content, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns.
● Create visually appealing multimedia that effectively communicates the brand message and engages the audience.
● Manage and organize a digital media library of photos, videos, and other assets.
Social Media & Digital Campaigns:
● Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
● Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase reach and followers.
● Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics &Reporting:
● Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
● Use analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
● Present regular reports to management with recommendations based on findings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website development, content creation, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency in website management platforms (e.g., WordPress), content management systems (CMS), and SEO tools.
- Skilled in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
