- Architect and disseminate engaging content to propel long-tail brand strategies and resonate with a diverse audience. Enhance brand presence and visibility through meticulous management of social media operations and innovative marketing strategies.

- Content Creation & Branding:
- Develop and implement content strategies to foster thought leadership and elevate brand narratives, focusing on Executive Support domains.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align branding efforts with organizational goals and values.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee and optimize social media operations across various platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, to establish and cultivate brand presence.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Everest and associated personal brands.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies and ensure cohesive brand representation.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a related industry.
- Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools - especially LinkedIn. - Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Certifications:
- A certification in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing would be advantageous.
