Deputy Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Support in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and market research techniques.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
