Job Summary

The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for providing an outstanding front-desk service, ensuring seamless customer ordering experience, processing payments accurately, coordinating with the kitchen/barista team, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the menu.
  • Accurately process cash, mobile money, and POS transactions.
  • Input customer orders and coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff.
  • Present completed drinks and food items to customers promptly.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional presentation.
  • Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
  • Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions.


Qualification:

  •  Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer service or cashiering experience in a café, coffee shop, retail, ice cream shop, or hospitality/food & beverage setting.

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy in handling payments.
  • POS/Cashier System Knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Positive attitude with a natural smile and professional presentation.
