Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Copper CCR Engineer based in Accra. The Copper CCR Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of the copper Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) plant. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, ensuring production targets are met, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring adherence to operational safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications

• Technical expertise in machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Experience with continuous casting and rolling processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Basic understanding of safety and quality compliance in industrial production
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• A degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in copper or metal production industries is advantageous
