Job Summary
Sentuo Company is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Community, Partnership & Administrative Officer to support its Corporate Affairs operations. The successful candidate will assist in fostering relationships with stakeholders, coordinating community initiatives, managing partnerships, and handling administrative duties to ensure efficient internal and external communication.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
the Director of Corporate Affairs with daily administrative and strategic
tasks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate, community, government, and social organizations.
- Plan and coordinate community outreach events, stakeholder meetings, and publicity activities.
- Follow up on partnership projects, gather stakeholder feedback, and evaluate project outcomes.
- Draft, organize, and maintain documentation including reports, letters, and external communications.
- Manage schedules, handle phone calls, and monitor official emails to ensure timely responses.
- Promote and implement community engagement initiatives to enhance the company's public image.
- Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, reimbursements, and procurement processes.
- Support contract preparation and ensure smooth flow of administrative processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic report writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail.
