Job Summary
Jiji Ghana is looking for motivated Field Sales Agents to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding new customers, guiding them through the Jiji platform, and selling Jiji’s paid services. This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are entirely driven by your sales performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and acquire new customers (business owners and sellers) for Jiji.
- Guide new users through the sign-up process and assist in creating listings.
- Sell Jiji’s paid services to boost sellers’ visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
What You Need:
- 6+ months sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong sales drive and the ability to close deals.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable with smartphones, Microsoft Office, and Google tools.
- Resilience and determination to overcome challenges and keep pushing forward.
- Android smartphone and based in Accra or nearby.
