? Location: Accra, Ghana | ? Entry-Level | ? Base Salary: GHC 1000 + Commission up to GHC 1000

Jadaad Technologies is a fast-growing tech and innovation company building solutions to empower Africans—one product at a time. We're looking for a dynamic and resourceful Client & Marketing Associate to join our team!

? Your Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Marketing: Plan, create, and manage content for all Jadaad and FieFinder platforms to drive brand visibility and user engagement.
• Sales Outreach for Egg Distribution Business: Find and secure clients for our growing egg supply chain, helping us scale a sustainable business model.
• Client Acquisition for FieFinder: Promote FieFinder—our home rental app—and bring in new clients actively looking to rent.
• Property Sourcing Based on Client Requests: Personally visit and scout properties that match the specifications of our FieFinder clients.

? Compensation:

• Base salary: GHC 1000/month
• Performance-based commission: Up to GHC 1000 extra/month
• Total potential earnings: Up to GHC 2000/month

? Who We're Looking For:

• A confident communicator with strong sales instincts
• Someone tech-savvy and passionate about digital marketing
• Familiarity with Accra’s property market and/or small business sales is a plus
• Must be proactive, trustworthy, and eager to learn and grow with a startup
