Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Lead and manage commercial teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Extensive experience in senior commercial roles with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
