Job summary
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development, Sales & Digital Marketing Officer to promote and sell solar systems, high-capacity power banks and related products. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, managing social media enquiries, and converting online and walk-in customers into paying clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Sell solar systems, power banks, and related energy products to individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Generate leads and close sales through both online channels and in‑person engagements
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including posting content, responding to enquiries, and engaging followers
- Convert WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram leads into paying customers through timely follow‑ups and persuasive communication
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent after‑sales support and repeat business
- Prepare basic sales reports, track performance, and provide insights to management
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets, demonstrating consistency and strong work ethic
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and product demonstrations
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
