Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts, identify growth opportunities, and generate revenue for Pulse. This role involves building strong client relationships, creating impactful digital strategies, and mentoring team members to achieve commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze clients' digital presence to propose tailored digital and content marketing strategies.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that position Pulse as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue targets.
- Mentor, support, and grow sales team members to meet individual and team goals.
- Review and refine client proposals developed by the sales team.
- Ensure consistent adherence to the defined sales process.
- Conduct weekly CRM audits to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline visibility.
- Assign and track inbound leads to appropriate team members.
- Lead the onboarding and training of new sales hires.
- Represent Pulse at industry events to network and grow the client base.
- Foster strong internal collaboration and transparent communication across teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital solutions.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certification from CIMG or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B service or media/marketing industry is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of accountability and drive for results.
