Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and activate new B2B accounts (e.g.,Pharma, Food, and Corporate) for light packaging and FBB.
- Project Management: Lead the technical "back and forth" required to develop custom boxes and packaging solutions.
- Account Growth: Move clients through the funnel from one-off orders to stable, recurring contract manufacturing.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing and packaging innovations within the Ghanaian B2B space.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New Business Acquisition: Minimum 80% achievement of monthly "Customer Recruitment" targets.
- Pipeline Conversion: Ratio of technical quotes/samples to finalized purchase orders.
- Secondary Sales Growth: Achievement of volume targets for custom packaging SKU development.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B/Industrial sales or Business Development.
- Skills: Technical proficiency in packaging specs; strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Attributes: Patient but persistent; able to manage long-lead-time sales cycles.
