Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development / Lead Generation Assistant to help grow CVA’s client base in the U.S. accounting services market. You’ll be responsible for researching and reaching out to potential clients online, submitting proposals on job platforms, and initiating calls or messages to drive conversions.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply for relevant business opportunities online (e.g., freelance job platforms, directories and job listings)
- Craft customized proposals to win clients
- Call and email potential leads to promote CVA’s services
- Meet lead generation and outreach KPIs
- Collaborate with team for performance feedback and training
- Stay up to date with online sales tools, industry trends, and outreach strategies
Qualifications &
Requirements:
- Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or proposal writing is a plus
- Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
- Comfortable with freelance job platforms and business directories
- Social media familiarity (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
