Job Description/Requirements
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to deals directly with customers aiming to develop, secure and maintain the most profitable business for Hapag-Lloyd, in accordance with the company’s objectives. The incumbent will also develop small to medium size customers under his/her portfolio and promotes all digital products for Hapag-Lloyd to our customers ensuring the highest level of quality when interacting with them being customer-oriented and creating value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.Your responsibility : Focus on smaller customersFull selling responsibility, for both new and existing customersDeliver & follow up quotations and handle “Back office” activitiesFIS RA creation, maintenance, and handling of SC’sProcedure application for New Customers ValidationCoordination of rate agreement matter with CS – Issuance and requesting of FMC rates fillingProactive behaviour during phone calls to get information about potential customer business and to meet his necessitiesFollow up commercial tasksHandle SRR with TM / AreaHunt for new cargo and customersMarket research and reporting of sales calls (CRM)Follow up on sales leadsWeekly Follow Up on Ebusiness focus for proactive selling of HL Digital products.Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers / opportunitiesCoordinating the participation in tender requests from own customers and handling customer tender feedback Your profile: University DegreeExperience in multinational companies.
