Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Growth
- Lead the company’s growth agenda by identifying and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of tailored and value-driven services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to position the company as an industry leader.
- Champion innovation in products, services, and customer engagement models.
Operational and Strategic Oversight
- Support the CEO in shaping and executing strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service reliability and continuous improvement.
- Introduce performance metrics that improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure IT systems and tracking platforms evolve with client needs.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Contribute to budget planning and revenue forecasting in collaboration with Finance.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and support cost efficiency initiatives.
- Provide input into investment and financial decision-making to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with basic corporate governance and reporting standards.
Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Drive brand visibility and client acquisition through strategic marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Guide the sales team with tools, strategies, and campaigns that achieve business targets.
- Leverage PR, digital marketing, and client engagement platforms to build market presence.
Leadership and People Engagement
- Serve as a visible leader, embodying the values of trust, integrity, and accountability.
- Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, industry forums, and client interactions.
- Partner with the HR Consultant to support performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Mentor and inspire teams, preparing them for future organizational growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (master’s is an advantage).
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or operations, preferably in IT-enabled services.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with financial principles, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
