To amplify our mission, we are seeking a Branding, Marketing & Communications Officer who will shape and deliver our voice across audiences, platforms, and markets while supporting precision medicine education, public relations, and executive communications.
Role Overview
This role is central to building and sustaining RevnaBio’s brand presence. The officer will design and execute integrated communications strategies, create compelling content across channels, and manage PR and executive assistance functions. The successful candidate will ensure our story is told with clarity, creativity, and impact internally and externally while also advancing digital health education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive branding and marketing communications strategy.
- Create engaging content: press releases, thought leadership pieces, case studies, newsletters, social media campaigns, and event collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Source and manage advertising opportunities in print and digital media.
Precision Medicine Education
- Develop and disseminate educational content on precision medicine tailored to clinicians, partners, and the public.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and digital campaigns to build awareness and capacity in digital health.
- Translate complex scientific and clinical insights into accessible, audience-friendly materials.
Public Relations (PR)
- Manage PR and media relations, including responses to queries, press interviews, and event coverage.
- Monitor and address media issues proactively, safeguarding RevnaBio’s reputation.
- Facilitate news filming, photography requests, and media partnerships.
Executive Assistance (EA)
- Support executive leadership with briefing materials, speaking proposals, and external communications.
- Coordinate appearances at conferences, trade shows, and press interviews.
- Provide structured support for grant proposal development and submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with scientists, administrative staff, designers, and external agencies to deliver high‑quality outputs.
- Conduct marketing research to generate insights that inform strategy.
- Provide regular reports on communications, PR, and precision medicine education activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in branding, marketing, or communications.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, adaptable across multiple channels and audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and health education content.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of delivering results.
- Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines with high-quality outputs.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
