Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand and Partnership Activation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, developing and executing strategic partnership programs, and managing activations to support our company's growth and revenue objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation plans to support brand objectives and enhance customer experience

  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition

  • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with brands, influencers and other relevant stakeholders

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive growth and maximize the value of partnerships.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events

  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth

  • Create and manage budgets for activations, partnerships and events

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of activations and partnerships to inform future strategy

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, partnership management, or related field.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and partnership initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions and measure success.

  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.

  • Experience in the tech industry or startup environment is a plus.
