Job summary
Simprica, a company engaged in the importation and sale of meat products, is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining company records, coordinating administrative activities, supporting customer and supplier communication, and assisting management with general office operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage daily administrative and office activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customers, suppliers, inventory, and business transactions.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, reports, and other company documents.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, emails, and general correspondence.
- Assist with coordinating customer orders, deliveries, and collections.
- Maintain proper physical and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate communication between management, drivers, marketers, suppliers, and customers.
- Assist with tracking stock and maintaining basic inventory records.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to management.
- Ensure company information and records are handled with confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: GHS 1,500 per month
