Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Accra. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs, logos, and branding materials. Responsibilities include developing and refining graphics, ensuring consistency in design standards, and collaborating with team members to align visual content with the company’s branding strategy. The role also involves applying typography principles and creating compelling imagery for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics for social media, web, print, and promotional materials
• Shoot and edit video content, reels, and short features for digital campaigns
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and video transitions to elevate storytelling
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print content
• Conduct basic market and design trend research to keep content fresh and competitive
• Optimize visual assets for various platforms and formats
• Support marketing initiatives with creative input and design expertise
• Maintain and update the visual style of digital assets (website banners, ads, etc.)
• Test designs across platforms and refine as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design, videography, video editing, and motion graphics
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding principles
• Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas clearly and visually
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or creative content creation is a plus
• A degree or background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related fields is an advantage
