A reputable travel and tour services company is seeking to recruit two highly organized, results-driven, and customer-focused Tour Planner / Travel Reservations Officer to join its operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in travel planning, reservations management, visa processing support, and client engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Working effectively Monday to Saturday, reporting strictly at 8:30am, with flexibility for extended hours during peak demand
- Liaising with clients on behalf of the company and managing client relationships
- Monitoring and responding to client emails and reporting progress to the supervisor
- Conducting online research on travel-related resources and updating management on new developments
- Booking and managing visa interview appointments for clients
- Recording, managing, and processing client data for visa applications
- Assisting and guiding clients through visa application procedures
- Briefing clients on visa interview expectations and submission requirements
- Accompanying clients to embassies for visa submissions and interviews when required
- Marketing and promoting company travel and tour packages
- Booking and managing travel reservations and tour packages
- Drafting professional letters, proposals, petitions, and affidavits for clients
- Managing email correspondence on behalf of clients
- Completing visa application forms (online and hard copy) accurately
Qualifications
- Diploma / HND / Bachelor’s Degree (Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
Experience
- Relevant industry experience in travel, tours, airline reservations, visa assistance, or a similar role is highly essential
- Age Requirement: 22 – 30 years
Key Competencies & Skills
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong capability in the following areas:
- Proficiency in tour planning, packaging, pricing, and reservations
- Hands-on experience using industry reservation platforms ie Amadeus, Galileo and similar platforms for airline tickets, travel itineraries and hotel bookings etc
- Strong knowledge of air ticket reservations, confirmation, and purchasing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills
- Advanced business writing skills, including:
- Professional email correspondence
- Marketing, sales, and sponsorship proposals
- Analytical and report-writing skills
- Proven ability to complete online visa application forms, book visa appointments, and manage visa documentation across multiple embassy platforms
- Sales and marketing orientation with the ability to promote travel packages
- High level of computer literacy, including fast and accurate typing
- Proficiency in using internet-based research tools for travel documentation, visa requirements, and international travel protocols
- Strong customer service skills, including handling inbound calls and responding to travel enquiries
- Professional conduct, diplomacy, courtesy, and respect for people of all backgrounds
