Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices as well as measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team, and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and presenting sales reports.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for 3 entities: Ghana, Guinea, and Nigeria
  • Recruiting and training Telesales Representatives
  • Oversees the daily workflow
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Collaborates with Sales Manager in the development of effective sales strategies
  • Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
  • Develops scripts for use by the telemarketing team.

  • Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
