Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and a passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives.


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • HR certification is a plus
