Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and a passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- HR certification is a plus
