Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather input and insights regarding training needs
- Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, and multimedia presentations
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to ensure training content is structured, interactive, and caters to diverse learning styles
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, either in-person or virtually, ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants
- Adapt delivery methods and content based on the audience, training objectives, and feedback to maximize training effectiveness
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs
- Analyze training data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather and verify training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns related to training initiatives
- Oversee the organization's learning management system, ensuring proper functionality, accessibility, and user support
- Manage course catalog, enrollments, and reporting within the e-learning platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree)
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitationÂ
- Familiarity with various learning methodologies, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using learning management systems and other related software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
