We are seeking a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. You'll be the digital voice of the company, creating engaging content, growing our audience, and building a vibrant online community that reflects our brand values and products.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a consistent content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create and publish engaging visuals, videos (especially reels), stories, andcaptions tailored to each platform
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, DMs, and tagged content.
  • Track social media metrics and report on follower growth, reach, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Identify trends and leverage them creatively to increase brand awareness.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to promote campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators where applicable.
  • Uphold the visual and tonal identity of the Company’s brand.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing business or brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Strong content creation skills — including copywriting, video editing (e.g., Reels, TikToks), and basic design.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media schedulers.
  • Knowledge of platform-specific trends, best practices, and algorithm behaviors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without daily supervision.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.


Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods space.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Familiarity with the Ghanaian market and trends in digital consumer behavior.


Location & Work Conditions:

  • This role is based in Accra, Ghana, with the flexibility for part-remote work depending on performance and task requirements.
  • Open to Full-time, Contract, or Part-Time arrangements based on candidate availability and fit.
