Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Engagement Interest: Maintain ≥ 90% response rate to social media inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Volume of qualified sales leads generated via social channels monthly.
- Content Consistency: 100% adherence to the agreed posting and campaign calendar.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Skills: Creative design (Canva/Adobe), copywriting, and analytics.
- Attributes: Creative, trend-aware, and highly responsive.
