Key Duties
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Ensure that the shop operates smoothly to maintain and achieve targets and improve customer experience.
- Supervise staff, train employees, manage performance, and provide feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain standard merchandising and cash management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualification:
- Academic qualifications: Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3years and above.
