Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership across all school sections
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with international standards
- Lead curriculum development and implementation (British, IB, Cambridge, or equivalent)
- Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment
- Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider school community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and international accreditation requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Principal or Senior School Leader
- Previous experience in an international school environment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Early Years through High School education systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive academic excellence and school improvement
