Job summary
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and persuasive Sales Vendors to join our field team. In this role, you will be the front-line representative of our campaign promoting and selling Aquatabs directly to households, traders, micro-businesses, and local communities. Your primary objective will be to drive product sales while educating customers on clean water treatment and the vital health benefits of Aquatabs.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reporting: report daily to the office for briefing and field assignment. Compile and submit concise daily sales and inventory reports to the Project Supervisor.
- Direct Product Sales: Actively market and sell Aquatabs to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Customer Education: Educate buyers on safe water practices, correct usage, and dosage instructions for Aquatabs.
- Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with community members, retail outlets, and local leaders.
- Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and local market insights to assist in refining sales strategies.
- Customer feedback: collect feedback and market information from customers.
- Represent the company and brand: represent the company and aquatabs brand professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience in direct sales, field marketing, or community outreach is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to meet daily sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to accurate daily reporting.
- Good understanding of the local community and willingness to conduct field/door-to-door sales.
Remuneration & Package
Successful candidates will receive a competitive compensation package designed to support field sales activities:
- Basic Monthly Salary: GH¢ 2,400.00
- Transport Allowance: GH¢ 480.00 per month
- Professional Growth: On-the-job training in field sales and public health product promotion.
