Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell the company’s cashew products. The successful candidate will conduct sales rounds using the company van, develop customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales rounds with the company van and sell products to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain accurate accountability for products, sales, and customer transactions.
- Support the team in securing and fulfilling bulk or mass supply orders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.
Requirements
- SHS, HND, Diploma, or Degree in any relevant field.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Must be hardworking, proactive, reliable, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location Requirement
Applicants should reside around Taifa, Tantra Hills, Achimota, or nearby areas for easy access to the workplace and assigned sales routes.
