Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products and services
- Present, demonstrate, and explain products clearly to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and receipts accurately
- Maintain up-to-date customer and sales records
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions within company guidelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities
- Ensure proper display, stocking, and merchandising of products (where applicable)
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and sales procedures
Qualifications:
- Senior High School (SHS) Certificate required
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
