Perform the duties of a Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategic planning to grow sales and explore new business or product opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships for mutual benefits.
  • Work closely with assigned accounts
  • Execute sales activities in accordance with the timeline set in the sales plan and monitor the progress regularly.
  • Work with a demand planner to ensure that forecasting can support the strategic sales plan
  • Analyze up-to-date market trends and developments, new competitive products and offers, and factor these into actions appropriately.
  • Ensure generation of sales records and prepare sales reports, detailing sales performance, progress opportunities, and risks.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to seek appropriate resolution to all work issues
  • Create and track loyalty programs for clients.
  • Perform other related and relevant duties or assignments.


Qualification and Requirements

  • The ideal person should be an experienced salesperson   
  • Should be knowledgeable in the Hotel industry
  • Have knowledge of the modern distribution systems and office tools
  • BSc. Administration or Marketing
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience
  • Skills necessary for good rapport with team members
