Job Summary

Meqasa is a start-up software company working toward creating an efficient housing search experience in Ghana for prospective tenants. We are currently looking for a self-motivated and dedicated sales executive who will be responsible for managing sales agreements with existing clients and generating viable leads that will convert to make revenue for the company by establishing new contacts and building on existing relationships.

Job title:    Sales Executive

Hours:       Full Time; Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; Extra hours may be required

Duration:   Permanent

Location:   23 Kofi Annan Avenue, North Legon, Accra

Purpose of the position

Meqasa is a start-up software company working toward creating an efficient housing search experience in Ghana for prospective tenants.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and dedicated sales executive who will be responsible for managing sales agreements with existing clients and generating viable leads that will convert to make revenue for the company by establishing new contacts and building on existing relationships.



Responsibilities:

  • Sign on Developers to the partnership package

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Handle communications between sales prospects and clients effectively and professionally

  • Follow up on status of interactions between clients and referred customers

  • Generate revenue as per target and cater to respective clients of meqasa.com

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  • Develop a profitable long term relationship with clients


Eligibility

  • At least 1 year working experience with online sales and media

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Internet Savvy

  • Proven sales track record (not essential but a strong advantage)

  • Experience with sales in the real estate industry

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and passion for sales

  • Great ability to work in a team

  • Confidence and an outgoing personality

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • Exceptional work ethic and initiative, with strong values and principles - takes all opportunities to go above and beyond the basic expectations
