Selling Dove Payment Gateway to healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, insurance companies) and their vendors
- Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)

- Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Prospecting for new health facilities for onboarding to Dove Payment Gateway
- Construct sales pitches, templates, documentation, presentations and agreements for all client engagements.
- Attend customer support inquiries and delegate to the marketing associate where appropriate.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Communicate customer challenges to BetterHealth Management
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and business leads
Business Units KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Onboard minimum of 5-10 facilities per month, crossing the 15th target carries additional
- sales compensation.
- Engage Health organizations, associations and groups to sign up to Dove Payment
- With support from mgt, engage a media site or blog for publicity and PR articles for Dove payment
- Signup a financial partner to power our loan facilities for Dove Payment
- Providing daily and weekly reports on rounds, business engagements, and every ongoing sales related activity
- A feature phone to handle all customer calls and inquiries will be provided by management.
- Monthly performance reviews will be discussed by the 5th of the new month.
- Once a week online call (Thursdays) to brief management on progress made
Qualification and Requirements
- Diploma, school cert, SHS grad with work experience
- At least 6 months of sales experience is required.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Excellent written verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to start on October 1, 2022
Salary Range: GHC1000
