Role Overview

We are seeking results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to support enrolment growth, promote our programmes, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and capable of converting leads into enrolments through both direct sales and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of academic and professional programmes across all departments
  • Identify, generate, and convert leads through online and offline channels
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to prospective students and corporate clients
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, basic ads)
  • Follow up on enquiries and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Build and manage strong relationships with individuals, organisations, and partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
  • Provide regular sales and market feedback to management
  • Support events, open days, exhibitions, and outreach activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education sector is an advantage)
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
