Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to support enrolment growth, promote our programmes, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and capable of converting leads into enrolments through both direct sales and strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of academic and professional programmes across all departments
- Identify, generate, and convert leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to prospective students and corporate clients
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, basic ads)
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain a structured sales pipeline
- Build and manage strong relationships with individuals, organisations, and partners
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
- Provide regular sales and market feedback to management
- Support events, open days, exhibitions, and outreach activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education sector is an advantage)
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field
