Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary

The position of Sales and Marketing representative consists of directing activities geared toward expanding our customer reach pertaining to our services provided.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients for property rentals and sales.
  • Prospecting to grow the company’s property listing portfolio
  • Provide after-sales customer support
  • Oversee the promotion of property advertised via marketing communication on social media and print media
  • Undertake and oversee property viewings
  • Coordinate activities and correspondence aimed at closing property deals while ensuring necessary documentation are accurate and signed
  • Oversee preparation and finalization of rent/sale agreements such as purchase and lease contracts
  • Ensuring rental and sale payments are received well in advance of deadlines and issuing related invoices and receipts
  • Prospecting opportunities for property renovation and décor projects
  • Monthly reporting on sales operations and generated returns using CRM tools
  • Keeping management abreast with the market price of competing properties on the housing market
  • Unearthing profitable partnerships with industry players
  • Identify and participate in conferences, seminars and workshops that will grow Avery Scott’s network and enhance industry knowledge


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in marketing, economics or management.
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Tech-savvy
