SanlamAllianz — Africa's Largest Insurer — is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Agents to join our General Insurance team in the Head Office Branch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging new clients
- Generating quality leads and closing sales
- Researching customer needs and crafting winning sales strategies
- Achieving set targets — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualification Required & Experience
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum qualification: WASSCE (HND or Degree is a plus)
- More than 1 year's INSURANCE SALES experience will be an advantage
- Already employed people looking for extra income
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
Remuneration: Competitive sales commission + monthly support allowance
Location: Ringway Estate, Osu
