Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Partner acquisition:

  • Work with new partners throughout the funnel: search for new lead generation channels, negotiate and conclude contracts, register partners, scale operations, and provide support
  • Identify and overcome obstacles to sales and improve the sales strategy, the sales/coverage model, incentives, and the sales process
  • Onboard partners and train them on how to work with drivers, attract new fleets, and improve their financial indicators


Partner engagement:

  • Improve current partner business in terms of supply hours and active drivers
  • Build community among partners and strong relationships with them
  • Implement and monitoring a motivation system for partners, experiment with different models for working with fleets and drivers until you find the most effective one
  • Provide full support to partners, including consulting


Create an ecosystem for effective partnerships:

  • Collaborate with banks and financial organizations as well as car sales companies to offer better terms for partners
  • Identify and pursue other projects driving sustainable development for partners
  • Achieve KPIs, including new partner onboarding, sales activities, opportunities created, and revenue reached



Qualifications:

  • Commercially focused and results-driven with a strong track record of working with partners and developing a business
  • Problem-solving mentality that leverages internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through with customers
  • 3+ years of successful experience working with partners in ride-hailing or food delivery companies OR successful sales experience in a banking system
  • Degree in economics or business administration
  • English fluency
