Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Leading strategic initiatives such as capital investment decisions, business expansion plans.
- Leading financial due diligence, assessing investment opportunities, and preparing presentations to investors.
- Working closely with the CFO to analyze financial data, develop strategic plans, and support decision-making processes.Â
- Building financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess the impact on the organization's valuation.
- Performing scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing to evaluate potential outcomes of business decisions.
- Leading comprehensive analyses of business operations, financial performance, and competitive positioning.
- Utilizing data-driven insights and market research to identify key strengths, competitive advantages, and growth drivers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to assess strategic priorities and develop actionable recommendations.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor’s degree with significant coursework in business-related subjects.Â
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or related roles.
- Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build and modify models.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global financial news, market trends, and economic developments.
- Ability to present and communicate business strategy and growth pillars in a structured and coherent manner.Â
- Utilize strong numerical acumen to effectively communicate and think in numbers, while also showcasing excellent presentation skills.
