You will work with a team to develop sales strategies and work toward achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers and generate sales through online channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about product features, pricing, and the purchasing process.
• Customize sales plans according to customer needs and provide personalized purchasing suggestions and solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers to guide them through purchases and handle order-related matters.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and activities to improve sales performance.
• Work with the team to share sales experience and best practices to achieve team sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• More than one year of working experience in online sales or related fields.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationships with clients.
• Have good sales skills and be able to identify customer needs and provide corresponding solutions.
• Have certain understanding and experience in using the Internet and social media.
• Have team spirit and be able to collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals together.
• Have good time management and organizational skills and be able to effectively handle multi-tasking and pressure.
