Job Summary
In this role, you will be a key driver of our business growth, harvesting the tremendous amount of value we have in our advisor and executive networks into revenue opportunities. In parallel, you will establish adjacent partnership opportunities that have arisen with longer life cycles, managing these from end to end (consulting, VC, technology, etc).

Job Description/Requirements
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Executive Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives, understanding their business goals, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Map out our relationship management strategies. Serve as alliance's point of contact for key C-level executives, investors, and advisors to, ensure strategic and executional alignment
- Pipeline Management and Revenue Responsibility: Take ownership of the business development pipeline, ensuring its health, accuracy, and alignment with revenue targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and coordination in executing alliance strategies.Â
- Fostering Strategic Alliances:
- Explore and establish strategic partnerships that enhance our market position and create additional revenue streams across other key channels (VC, PE, etc)
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial alliances and strengthen our overall strategic impact.
- Identify and build relationships with strategic advisors, industry influencers, and thought leaders who can provide valuable insights and open doors to new business opportunities in line with corporate strategy.
- Harness advisory networks to gain access to influential decision-makers and shape strategic conversations.

ExperienceÂ
- Executive-Level Business Development Experience: Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management with proven ability to navigate executive relationships
- Revenue Responsibility: Track record of owning revenue targets and driving business growth.Â
- Strategic Networking Skills: Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to articulate complex solutions effectively and tailor communication to resonate with executive audiences.
- Strategic Thinking and Innovation: Proven ability to think strategically and devise innovative solutions to address client challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business development goals. Â
- Preference for backgrounds in either consulting, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or executive in a high-growing startup
