Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create vehicle showcase videos, photos, and virtual tours
- Develop digital brochures, infographics, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
- Design engaging advertisements for digital campaigns
- Manage all online inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and the website
- Convert digital leads into sales through effective follow-up
- Implement and optimize online sales funnels
- Conduct virtual vehicle presentations and consultations
- Process online sales transactions and coordinate deliveries
- Develop and execute a weekly content calendar
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly
- Run targeted advertising campaigns on social platforms
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Build and manage online communities
- Manage online vehicle listings on marketplace platforms
- Optimize product pages for conversion
- Implement digital payment solutions
- Track online sales performance and report on ROI
Education:
- Degree/HND in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing/social media management (advantageous)
- Minimum in graphic design with a portfolio of work
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management
- Sales experience (preferably in automotive or e-commerce)
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Excellent visual design and storytelling abilities
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication
