Role Description:
- We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist to own and scale our ecommerce
marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can build
systems, manage campaigns end-to-end, and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple
digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full digital marketing strategy for the ecommerce business, from acquisition to
retention
- Build, launch, and optimize high-converting sales funnels across websites, landing
pages, and checkout flows
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and
retargeting platforms
- Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies, including automation,
segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO
coordination, and content strategy (SEO is a required qualification)
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad creative, copywriting, and branding
consistency
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rates)
and adjust strategy accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, emails, and funnels to improve performance
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional launches
- Oversee marketing tools, platforms, and vendors to ensure efficiency and performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to
leadership
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand revenue
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, email, and SMS regulations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing funnels
- Strong hands-on experience with paid ads, email, SMS, and SEO
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Experience managing agencies or contractors
