Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the institute’s enrollment targets and strategic goals.
- Lead campaigns for student recruitment across traditional and digital channels.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Supervise the marketing team (social media marketers, graphic designers, content creators).
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotional content.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials, brochures, adverts, and newsletters.
- Serve as the brand custodian of the institute.
- Oversee social media strategy and advertising budgets.
- Analyze online engagement and web traffic reports to optimize digital efforts.
- Develop relationships with senior high schools, youth organizations, NGOs, and corporate partners to promote training programs.
- Represent the institute at career fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
- Coordinate school tours, open house events, and marketing activations.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Produce monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- 3–5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in education or training services.
- Proven record of accomplishment in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software.
- Ability to think creatively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
