Influencer Marketing Associate

What You’ll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard brand ambassadors and influencers (nano, micro, and macro) on Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter) who align with Jiji’s values and audience.
• Manage influencer relationships — review and approve content ideas to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate and monitor content publishing according to campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance, competitor activities, and industry trends to improve future collaborations.
• Support the team in developing influencer strategies, briefs, and campaign materials.
• Provide campaign reports and insights to guide marketing decisions.

Who You Are

• A social media enthusiast with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Confident in writing, presenting, and managing multiple projects.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiar with influencer platforms or digital marketing tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or PR — or someone passionate about growing a career in marketing.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced regional marketing leads.
