Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health & Safety Management System.
- Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety legislation, client requirements, and international standards.
- Develop and deliver HSE and QA refresher training for employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 17020.
- Ensure inspection processes comply with company procedures, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure calibration and verification of inspection equipment are properly managed.
- Review project documentation, inspection procedures, and method statements.
- Prepare monthly HSE and Quality performance reports for management.
- Ensure Client satisfaction with inspection quality and service delivery.
- Ensure Achievement and maintenance of relevant certifications and accreditations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, or both within an inspection, testing, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems is an advantage.

- Must live around north kaneshie and its environs or willing to commute to the said location everyday.
